Power service delivery

The disregard from rain support team under the supervision of Anthony date 04 Ang 2021, Is too much. The gentleman I spoke too over the phone was rude. I have been calling rain support for updates on my issue and they all keep on giving me the run around... this guy had the nerve ? to tell me it takes 5 days for rain to send an sms. These people take my money but fail to deliver. I don't know what kind of show they are running down there.
