Power cable charger

A very bad service provider ever, i have bought router only to find out that the power cable charger is not working then phone them then said they will come back to me, even now am still waiting instead they want to deduct amount on my account during the month while we agree of the first day of the month every month,a very useless people i even regret buying from them
