Pour service

If you log a query, you will get a reference number and they say they will get back to you within 48 hours from there support team , but you get no responce. I have used Rain for some time now and when they started were pretty good , but when I read that they are one of the worst service provider's I did not believe it , till I log a query and am very disappointed at there after service , they really have gone backwards
