Below is the email I wrote to rain for taking me debt collectors without any communication that I owed the R123.00, how and where does this money come from when I terminated my contract with them a year ago????

May I please get assisted with an issue here regarding this Rain account

I received an SMS from a Rain debt collectors that I owe R123 for my account. However, there has been no communication with me whatsoever by Rain about this matter

How and when did I account this money because I'm unable to download any statements because according to my knowledge my contract with Rain ended last year
