porting number out rain wont allow to port out
i have tried to port my number out of rain do to most of my calls always going to voice ussd doest work
like rain mobile network is not a network u can depend on
even porting out the number is a job rain sent me an SMS to port out guess what the system doesnt now work so basically the dont want you to port out is this even allowed

10 Feb 2025, 20:48 it is generally not legal for a service provider to refuse to allow you to port your phone number, as the Number Portability Regulations" enforced by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) mandate that all licensed operators must allow customers to port their numbers to another network you must allow me to port to fnb connect as ur mobile service does not work sending me in round bin from team a to team b is not a resloution i need a solution not esclation or i will eslate this issue to ICASA
