Porting my number to rain was a worse mistake ever

Rain has such a horrible customer service,I wouldn’t even recommend their service to my worse enemy, been having all kinds of problems with them and they are not even that kin to assist, been trying to port out my number from their terrible sim card 1st they sent an otp and when I confirm it , it went in successfully after couple of minutes they sent back a text saying unfortunately they declined my request to port out , I contacted them they told me to go and ask Vodacom to resend the request that i want to port to vodacom I went and did the process again then after that Rain is not responding or even sensing another otp , been trying to contact them they keep telling me i mist go back to Vodacom and do the process again for the 3rd time that ridiculous now , and this is not free i am paying for these sim card they using for me to port , Rain is such a headache I regret using them
