Portal Not Working and they won't downgrade without me paying the full amount.

Rains portal hasn't been working for me to downgrade my package. Now rain wants me to pay the full R995 where we can hardly get 40Mbps, do a downgrade for next month and not give me a refund.

This company has no customer support whatsoever. They might as well come get their router.
