POPIA Violation

I would like to report Rain for personal information infringement. A Boitumelo Mokoena opened a Rain account using my cellphone number and it appears that Rain did not conduct a FICA/cellphone number verification. I am inundated with SMS from Rain addressing me as Boitumelo Mokoena even though I have made several attempts to inform Rain that I am not this person.

For context, this person (Boitumelo Mokoena) was married to my ex partner and I do not know where she got my number from. I have reported this matter to the POPIA regulator for resolution in parallel.
