Poos service on network

Purchasing the Rain 5g router for R499 seems to have unfortunately been the biggest waste of money. We seem to spend more time offline struggling to connect with the slowest service. We changed fro. A different isp 10/10 line to Rain 25/25 and it's the slowest network ever found. Sadly I can't get my money back but I certainly do not recommend them
