Poor,unprofessional service
My router faulty since 21 November 2022,received poor,unprofessional service with empty promises after 10 calls.I dont have any words.I was promised a new router to be delivered 3 to 5 working days on the 21st November,still nothing.still empty promises even after a complaint on this platform and advised a technician will contact us as per email on the 4th January.This is the worst service I ever received
