Poor/slow internet connection

I reported network connectivity issue which is super slow lately and wen I logged in to my rain I noticed it has automatically connected me to a tower that's very far my house.So I called rain call center last week which was 5/02/2022 to report this issue and they apparently said yes my current closest towers are currently offline and I have to be patient till tech fixes the issue .Again today which is 13/02/2022 I called in again and they still informed that the towers closet to my house are still down .When I ask the turnaround time when it will be sorted they no one knows seriously I'm starting to think no technician has been deployed to sort out the towers .This is very unprofessional and very poor service .I'm utterly disappointed at the level of service and the sense of urgency it's like they dont give **** about this towers whether they working or not and yet they expect their full payment at the end of the month.For the past week I have been literally buying data on my other sim card and yet I have unlimited package with rain.Please if this issue havent been sorted again this upcoming week I will definitely dispute the current month subscription payment.Please rain technicians wherever u are please kindly fix this issue.
