POOR/NO SIGNAL

I made the choice to get the Rain internet as I am working from home. I received my Rain modem/sim on 10 Jan 2022. It was activated and working fine till 14 Jan 2022. As of 14 Jan I need to restart the modem to get internet access. The 5G light is on but there is no access. The call center was not in the least helpful in trying to resolve my issue. I am ±800 from the nearest Rain access point.
