poor/no feedback

Rain does not have a any contact number I can find to call a customer care as ive started requesting for help from their support desk in regards to a replacement sim linked to my current account due to the funds already being debited, from last week Friday , with no feedback or any response till date I have logged another query today as well with no luck , please could you provide a telephone number for customer care maybe!!!!!

if you can please have him confirm receipt of my emails and if the replacement card is being issued ??
