Poorest service for a great product!

I have had my rain account for the longest! I had no issues and have enjoyed using them as my ISP... Until this month! I noticed I was having more frequent and consistent network issues, losing connection randomly and lately having no connection at all! I have logged numerous support calls, chatted for hours with their bot and was only called once! Once! Even after being called, I was told I cannot be assisted as I am not home and need to be home in order to have my router checked. I requested to be called later when I would be home and was never contacted again! Pathetic service! I have been trying to get in touch with an agent to assist and my last call I made, and automated voice tells me "your account is in arrears, press 1 to make payment." Nothing else, no other options to get assistance. I go back to the chat bot to see how I am in arrears, it gives me a breakdown and it tells me itself that everything is in order and there are in fact no arrears! I still have no network and I still have not been called! I am appalled by the service and lack of respect and loyalty to a loyal client who has made sure month after month to have payments made in full and not missing any! It really saddens me to have to write this.
