Poorest service

I think 1 star is pushing it , i have been using rain as an internet service provider for al long time . First on uncapped LTE and lately with 5G , i have always been having slow speeds and then i log a ticket and nobody ever phones me . I have am now unemployed and can't afford the 101 5g anymore . First their speed has always been terrible , somebody else in the same complex that live in has the same package as me with a different router and they get 60 MBps . I am lucky if a iget 20 mbps and now that ihave to cancel i spend 20 minutes on hold then they put the phone down then i phone again then I'm on hold for 30 minutes again no response.
