Poor wifi servce, please dont use RAIN!!!!!!

Once again, what a waste of my time. I have been requiring phone calls everyday, got called back once asked to speak to a manager, waited 11.07 mins for the lady to tell me all the managers are in a meeting, my details was send to the manager aparently, but i am still waiting for a call back. While waiting on the call, a machine msg said that gauteng has rain wifi issues, why do we not get emails or calls or msgs to say that there is problems. We have to pay every mont for your shig services. This is bull****.
