Poor wifi reception

We are extremely unhappy with the wifi reception from Rain. They do not deliver on their promises. We are supposedly in a 5g coverage area, but during peak hours, we have basically no network. Early in the evenings and over weekends it is absolutely useless. For this we pay R799 per month.
