Poor turn around time

I got my my rain sim card I wanted to upgrade to unlimited 24/4, I set a request and was told i would be attended to between 24 to 48 hours. It is now over 48 hours and I have still not received any assistance from rain, the sad part is I have already canceled my contract with my former provider thinking I would be able to be upgraded fast now i have to spend money to have data coz rain has not contacted me and I've had to log in another ticket which says I will be contacted in 48 hours again! This for me is poor service and they are giving false information when they say they turn around times is 48 hours coz I'm well over 48 hours now.
