Poor to none 4G connection

RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

My 4 G service which used to work perfectly fine now does not anymore.

If towers can't handle traffic why then keep on adding users? Why does a user now have to move to 5G for a better experience when in fact all we do in watsapp and go on Facebook. We do not download or stream movies so a 5 G service is not required.!!!

What I am then paying R479 for??????????

We apologize for that, the tower that you are connected to is currently having high volume of traffic that is why you are battling with connection like this.

Please note there is a 5G tower near you, if you think the 4G is failing you, you can try out the 5G and see if its going to be any better.

Hi I tried this and it is not any better. I never had a problem before . It's really been a battle and honestly cannot say what I'm paying for at present .

Please try to optimize your signal by moving your router to face the direction of the tower has shown in the screen shot below and reboot your router for 5 minutes and test

Network has been really really bad for the past month or so. All 3 of us using in the household has to buy airtime almost daily. Please look into it as we never used to struggle like this
