Poor to non-existent communication from Rain

I have had endless problems with fluctuating reception over the years with Rain, but, the biggest problem of all is the inability to contact them. At the beginning of this year, after many attempts to get them to respond to emails able the reception being so poor that I was unable to work, I contacted Hello Peter. Within 10 minutes I had a call back from Rain, a technician came out and replaced the modem and told me it would be so much better....it was in fact worse than the original one which was about 3 years old. You get reception you are standing next to it, areas that were covered before had no reception. I have since the 5 Feb 2025, sent 5 emails to which I have yet to get a reply. We have had to buy an extender costing R500 and will need to buy a second one. At a distance of 8m, in a straight line from the modem, reception is patchy and poor. It seems that they offload poor quality on their clients and then hope that if they make no contact with you, that you will spend money on extenders and leave them alone...I cannot express how fed-up I am with them.
