POOR TO NO NETWORK

I've notice this now a while, I don't have any network for to week before I have to pay and on the week of Payment and I've never paid late cause it's a debit order. my payment is on the First of each month end the week before that and in the first week of payment there is no network, and let's not talk about the rest of the Month and I only have 2 devices connected to it. I can't send an email to complain cause it's a one-way email and someone stole my phone with the rain sim cards in too, it doesn't matter where I put the device as of now, I placed it on top of my curtains' rail for coverage still nothing. I really Like you rain because it's kind of affordable now you went up this month with R36, not saying it's your problem but am unemployed and make a plan to pay you every month, so please make a plan to sort this POOR to NO Network story out please, I need this WIFI for Jobs I have app**** online for remote jobs but it says my WIFI is too Weak, and I was on your Highest Package and the result was the same
