poor to no connection

my account was paid as per the month on month agreement i have with said company and as of sunday i have not been having connections as promised by said company. when approaching a live chat with a consultant she advised that i should log on to the website(which was offline as the screenshot i sent her) and review my account there. she also ended the conversation by telling me she will mail me with correspondance later. thewhole weekend this RAIN has not been working and now their cust consultants also not working. i referred numerous people to rain and now i regret as its starting to look like a ****.
