Poor technical support

Rain connection has been giving me problems since last week Thursday. I've been calling their call center and they are telling me the towers are down and yet I'm the only one who is not connected in the complex. There is nothing wrong with the towers in Kuilsriver. I've been trying to call today, the call center number is ringing non-stop. I actually regret the day I decided to join this network.
