Poor support service to customers

I've been struggling with my internet connectivity for the past two weeks and I've logged a call to the support team through their mobile app and still no response, not even a phone call to acknowledge the ticket issued. I'm really frustrated as working from home demands good network coverage. It has even affected my deliverables at work
