Poor support service from Rain!!!

Very poor service delivery and they debit your account without notifying a customer of the amount or give a proper explanation. Did an upgrade with a router I made a payment in November and now they are charging me double in December! Their support team is not helpful at all!! They put you on hold and then the call cuts or they mute themselves! Pathetic!! Ladies names are Snowflake and Sbonelo!!!

It makes sense why majority of people are cancelling and going to other service providers due to unexpected debit orders and poor service.
