Poor support service

Hi my name is wayne,im a rainn wifi lte user,i have problems with my rain router,i phoned in ti complain about buferring and high online gaming PIng or Lag,i phone a week ago and yet no one got back to me,all i want is a stronger router with better speed,i get told i have to upgrade in order to get better wifi, not happy with rain anymore.
