Poor support Rain Internet

Phoned Rain Internet support 2 days in row 19/04/2022 &20/04/2022. On the first day i held on for 26 min no answer, then phoned again and selected sales...Amazing someone answered but could not assist, they did however send an email on my behalf for them to contact me, lo and behold 24hrs later still no one has contact me. phoned again on the 20th and still no answer after 20 min. phoned again and selected sales again.. it was answered, they apologized and still could not help me. Sales transferred me to support and after 12 min I decided this was enough. they are quick to sell but not there for support. Don't use them!!!!!
