Poor Support coupled with Incorrect Billing

So I subscribed to Rain in 2019 while in Johannesburg CBD and everything went well until recently...

Their service has become seriously slow and thus I moved over to a Fibre provider in January 2021. I logged the cancellation requests with them and gladly paid my last instalment on the 1st of February 2021.

Now in April, they debited my bank account. My statements for both February and March from them clearly state that I owe Rain R0,00.

It has been 2 weeks trying to contact them but seems they are not contactable. If I log in to Rain, I can only log a ticket but no one then contacts me. If I email their support section as adviced on their invoices, the response is that they "no longer be responding to emails to this address".

How am I supposed to get my money back? Or should I just lose money to them for a service I am no longer using???

This is insanity because you did not resolve my query in any way...

Sending an sms does not in any way qualify as resolving an issue!

What email address or contact number can you be found on because this is utter *******.

By the way, the main reason why I cancelled that 5G service and gotfibre is becuase your network is extremely poor - come and take your router please.

Owwhhh so now my account statements for February and March 2021 have been changed to reflect amount deducted from me during a period in which I had stopped using your service via the cancel sim option on your site..? How does it even make sense to Rain to invoice R1 178 and show usage of 0.00GB??? Is that not the most expensive data in the universe - over a thousand Rand for zero gigabytes!
