Poor support communication
Rain can you fix your communication skills I have made a duplicate payment I have sent tickets to support without any assistance I need my refund have contacted my bank they saying you guys must refund it back but no one is attending me why we have to suffer to be in touch with you as your customers this is sad 😢

I have a new problem again I did payment for the month and made a duplicate payment in that matter,now you have cut off my internet service because I asked for one refund of the payment.
My internet is no longer working hence I paid I really don't understand what's going on.
Please assist on this matter
I have another bill of R1000 again I really don't understand now this is frustrating I have funds held with you now my services have been cut for what.
