Poor Support

As a 1st time client I am very disappointed in rain as I did everything that was ask payed my bundle and now I can't even use the product that was payed for. I mean my money was correctly payed but the service provided is poor. I chose rain because I heard only good things of rain but what I got is far from good. I'm still waiting for support to even contact me. I looked at the coverage map to make sure that there is coverage where I want to use it but now I can't. I was planning on getting a second sim for the higher package but at this moment it is not going to happen
