Poor substandard service provider

Firstly: the first 90 days experience with Rain Internet Provider maybe 7/10 but that’s the only upside Substandard service delivery 1) their billing is absolutely pathetic, payments not deducted in time, even if deducted and of your bank account they still send messages 2) service delivery non existent you can try to call them just a waste of time sending queries or opening a ticket THEY JUST IGNORE COMPLAINTS no feedback ever 3) since Sept 2023 it was clear that they throttle the internet it became so slow that you can hardly google 4) try to watch something it just continues with buffering every 20seconds 5) advertise uncapped 5 G they don’t live up to it

Even sent a complaint that I am contemplating to cancel even that they ignored

Honestly they don’t have any service delivery in general and they get away with it
