Poor signal poor support after sale service

The claim to give you uninterrupted uncapped internet. I thought this would be a great option to opt for as we are going into Lockdown but as a result I cant use the service my tv rejected the connection as it is too slow to use i've logged multiple tickets regarding the speeds as it stands today 17 April 2020 I had logged 6 tickets and did not get any reply I had to go to another service provider thats about double the cost just to get a connection and was up and running within an hour

I will be demanding a full refund once I get hold of somebody from the company I dot recomend this company to any body don't waste your time and money
