Poor signal over weekend during loadshedding

Although I give them 5 stars it sadly is only applicable for workdays when loadshedding during the week the service is exceptional without interruptions can't say the same for weekends as rhe signal is lost every five seconds this could be tracked on the app but sadly you can log in to report it or you never get a response just a nothing meaning reference number. Rain pease improve on this or will it be like Eskom we just have to except and live with poor service in South Africa.
