Poor Signal and Service from Rain

I haven't had joy with Rain since the 30th October, last week I phoned the lady said the Tower has an alarm and the Engineers are aware I should move my device somewhere else to pick up another tower Still it didn't work properly, it works 10 minutes and goes to red. If not that it's a full signal but buffering and you can't do anything. Its already mid month with disfunctional internet yet i paid full amount for what. This is extremely annoying.
