Poor Servivce

Rain has deducted 3 times without my consent, I am really not happy with their service. Instead of improving their service when you call them, they will just make you wait and wait for no reason. They must refund me my money back

Please call me back, as I have tried to reach out to your call center people and they are ***********. I will need you to send the refund authorisation letter so that Capitec can refund me my money back

Please note that the money that was deducted was money that was owed by you, and when you agreed to the terms and conditions, you agreed to us retrieving the money that is owed to us in any form possible.

Unfortunately, we can not refund you money that was owed to us.
