Poor services n arrogance at Rain

Rain is a worse service provider whose primary aim is to make a profit that attends to customers' concerns n complaints. Have upgraded from 4g to 5g..Asked them to discontinue the 4g but they indicated they will keep it on.Main reason was to bill me at end of the month.What makes me angry more i did a prepaid for that 5g that supposed run for 30 days. Now i am disconnected without any reasons provided. Something must be done abt Rain we cant be treated like we arent customers whilst our monies are taken left right center.
