poor services

Rain's customer service is really poor,i always struggle to make payments,they change your dates and then you end up with a double bill and u cannot gwt a hold of them to fix your pay dates.My internet has been offline for weeks

You say there is an option but yet the amount displayed is double of that supposed to pay?come om if you want me to continue making use of your services i suggest you come to the party because everytime my services gets suspended and you people take days to respond to queries and when you eventually get thru,they are of no use to me

I made it the 1st of every month but still u cut me off on the 25th which i advised your agents that i get paid after that day.He eventually changed it to the 1st and when i tried to make a payment it showed double the amount

I changed my payment date for the simple reason that i do not get paid on the 25th and you guys cut me off after the 25th,i changed my payment date to the first and was unable to pay as my bill was double
