Poor services and lagging internet

I went overseas and canceled my contract with rain early April they said it is canceled and the last debit order will be end of May and only half the amount. I wat debited the full amount April, May and now to be debited again because they did not submit it properly. They can not be emailed only phoned and I can not phone from another country. Very poor service delivery. Apart from all this the internet often lagged. Will not use them again...
