Poor services and customer services

Such poor service's offered the signal is bad and the network is poor also I have been trying to contact them since the 4th of April and no one has sorted my problem right up till now Such poor customer services they send u emails couple hours regarding the problem once I explain them my problem they don't respond I have sent uncountable emails and Facebook messages and queries and still no respond to my problem that I am experiencing it's almost month end and my debit order is going to go off but I had such poor services from the beginning of the month
