POOR SERVICES

Trying to contact rain from the 27 August 2024 regarding my router which reboots by itself continuously. Till to date no response from them only reference numbers allocated which mean nothing if not attended too. Receive another Ref after requesting a call back which also never happens. Ref: #***/08/2024 Ref: #***/09/2024 Ref: #***/09/2024 These incidents needs to be attended within 3 days or so of which nothing has been done.
