Poor Services

I have never experienced such terrible service from this place. I have recently moved to another area and the signal with Rain here just does not seem to work. I have tried calling for the past 2 weeks holding on daily for hours and no answer. How on earth does 1 get hold of them to resolve the issue when they are unavailable. You mean to tell me that Rain is that busy to answer calls? Quick to sign a person up and get you connected, then what, that's it? I am disgusted in the poor services. Tickets has been logged and to date, no response.. What does 1 do to get hold of this place? Really?
