Poor services

We have had rain for 4 months now and we are so annoyed and upset and will never refer Rain to anyone, how does a company not have a complaints department and you get told to deal with Hello peter. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

we were told our matter would be Escalated and we never heard back from them that was 26 November its now 8th January 2024.

i will be looking else where i can pay my money for better service. this is shocking.

I work in clients services and and have no idea what you guys call client services.

And Still Nothing has been done since Monday its a Joke really i have has 7 days no Internet. and im paying for it .

the lady i spoke would not listen to what i had to say regarding me doing everything they told me to the very first time with the router
