Poor Service with Rain

I have tried to contact Rain on numerous occasions and I get a deadline or no assistance. Rain has said they will contact me back or send someone out but I receive no word.

Due to Rains open ISP, get blocked on pages, my email doesn't work. What's the point of having them as a service provider.
