POOR SERVICE WHICH MISLEAD CLIENTS WITH WRONG INFORMATION

I am so disappointed with rain services .I ordered their service which the consultant called and explain that they are running promotion for that day which we will have to pay certain amount and it was paid immediately .Then he advise that we will start paying the monthly instalment month end then the next thing I see high amount than the one we were told about .I need this to be fixed asap I didn't ask about the promotion I requested their service knowing that monthly i will be paying certain amount and i was willing to pay the activation fee as per the research i did .If they go around misleading people i dont think is a good idea to recommend their services to anyone .I am willing to pay but only the amount we agreed on not more than that and we thought knowing where the money comes from .I need this to be fixed asap because the money is there to be debited the one we agreed on not the one on the invoice and i demand that they connect my Wi-fi is not my fault when you hire *********** consultant who chase sales without explaining in details to the customer on whats going to happen next .This has to be fixed before end of business today when i arrive home i want to see my Wi-fi connected .
