Poor Service, Unhappy Customer

If I could I would give 0 stars. I am struggling with my connection, I am paying for a 60mbps line and all I get is 4mbps. My signal bar is damn near full, and the only time I can utilize my speeds is when its between 2300 to like 05am.

You throttle customers and don't say you do, I am unable to use my network, I log support queries and no response. I request callbacks but no one returns them. For an ISP that claims to be good, you sure do know how to **** on your customers and make them feel worthless

I ran a speedtest via LAN cable and all i get is 4, if not 0.6mbps.

Please don't bother calling, I think ICASA would be best suited to deal with you guys coz of poor support, and no refunds or reimbur*****ts will be issued.
