Poor service to new customers
I just got my SIM card delivered and unable to connect. Rain is not assisting in any way this no one is available at their call centers to assist client’s telephonically. Their social media takes a day to respond to crisis. Apparently they are social distancing! I will be canceling this contract in no time.pathetic service!
