POOR SERVICE THIS IS SAD
I was the first person in my family to sign up for rain , than got one for my uncle and my mothers house .... my mothers rain hasn't been working for 2 weeks and NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST!!!!! LIKE WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO GET HELP? WE WORK FROM HOME AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE WIFI THAT WORKS...... I am so sure they wont respond to this as well
