Poor Service Shanelle or Chanelle.

I called one of your consultant explaining that I won't be able to settle my payment for May and I was advised to call on the billing date and make the arrangement,my services won't be disconnected.I phoned rain on the 1st(debit date) and asked to make a promise to pay arrangement,I was told that I can make the arrangement but my services will still be disconnected,I explained that I have made such arrangements before and I was assured that the services will remain connected.I requested for the manager and Shanelle came in response and told me that she can't manipulate the system for me and I asked how is it impossible to make this arrangement because I'm a paying customer and I have made this arrangement and I honoured the agreement but the manager told me straight she will not help me.Yesterday Abdul called me and promised to set this arrangement and also keep my services on but just after his confirmation text of the arrangement.My services was suspended and a text stating that I must make payment now followed.So I don't know what games your branches are playing but I'm fed up with your services.You guys don't values the relationship I have with you as a customer.You must come collect your rooter and cancel my account and I won't be paying anything.
