Poor Service Response Times

Rain's customer service is honestly such a joke. I've been without internet for hours and have spent the last three hours trying to reach an agent on their customer service line, to no avail. I've reached out to them on multiple customer service channels, nothing. At this rate, I'm just accumulating ticket numbers from their automated service lines.

I'm unable to work without internet and have run out of excuses to give to my superiors.

How do you run a telecommunications company of this size without the required customer support? Literally just winging it while they laugh all the way to the bank. And this isn't even the first time I've experienced this with Rain. Infuriating!
