Poor service rendered

My husband bought wifi router from rain . On the same day of arrival i tried to connect the router and it was not working. I called them same day to let them know that their router is not working and they send they gonna send courier to come collect. A month passed and they didnt come. I called them again and they said they are aware of the issue and they will send someone . Second passed and still im the one calling them . Still no one came . On the third montb they started to deduct their installment. I called them to enquire regarding deduction of installement for a product that was clearly out of box failer . They said they will escalate my query to the billing department so i can get my refund but instead of fixing that they still deducted again

I called them last week and they said they will escalate my query to the billing department. Until today, they have not contacted me

Its so dissappointing. All i want is for them to pick up their router and refund my money back . I cant be paying for something that is not working

Im not even interested in their product
